We just spent nearly $50k and were totally scammed by Ken Krzak of Mercedes Benz of Westmont. It is beyond comprehension how this man lives with himself. He flat-out lied through his teeth, shamelessly, without remorse, without second thought to the harm he was doing. All he cares about is commission. He doesn't care how hard you saved, how careful you are being about picking the right car, how much you sacrificed to be able to finally buy the car of your dreams. He'll shatter them all just to line his pockets. He is the lowest of the low. BEWARE. We bought a Mercedes after being assured repeatedly that its condition was pristine - like brand new - NO scratches, NO stains, immaculate and perfect. We'd been searching for several months and were absolutely fine to keep searching. This was our dream car, we were willing to wait for the right one, we had saved for so long, we were intent to find the right car. But, Ken Krzak promised several times that this was the car, that we'd finally found one in perfect condition. He said we could trust him, that he was a reputable Mercedes dealership, that he had the dignity and trust of the brand name to back him, and that he had rigorously inspected the car, certified it, and assured us there were absolutely NO stains, nor scratches and that the car was in perfect working order. Based on this, though, he had to insist on a higher price than other like-Mercedes. Unfortunately, we trusted him, we relied on his emphatic and explicit promises. We paid cash, and we got SCAMMED!! There are horrible, permanent, MASSIVE cool-aide stains, there was front-end damage to the car, and they put USED and broken mats in it and didn't include the factory carpet mats. We paid top-dollar for a pristine car and got a car that had just been traded in as damaged. Ken Krzak's response?! "Huh, I guess this makes me look bad. Not sure there's anything I can do though." THAT'S IT! In his rush to sell without putting in the necessary work / make as much as possible, Ken Krzak also left the previous owner's personal information in the car, including all her telephone settings and address book and all her nagivation settings. Needless to say, she is also disgusted with the dealership's handling of this matter, and their low-balling of her trade-in only to turn around and advertise it as the top of the market without making the appropriate fixes. The dealership has been informed of the misrepresentation and fraudulent business practices of Ken Krzak, but he is still employed there and free to take extraordinary advantage of customers with Mercedes-Benz of Westmont and Mercedes Benz's full, tacit support. We have also found out from one of Ken Krzak's colleague's that he tried to polish over the damage to the exterior, so that it wasn't visible in the photos, as well as lay the carpets over the stains in order to conceal their existence. Ken Krzak is a purposely deceitful; do not trust him, nor the dealership that would employ such an unscrupulous pathological [violative content deleted].
